Synthetic Colors

Synthetic Colors

Synthetic Colors are manufactured colourants used to provide consistent shades in suitable industrial, textile, plastic, coating and other applications. Grade selection depends on the intended use and applicable quality requirements.

Synthetic Colors are man-made colourants developed to provide specific shades, colour strength and performance characteristics across a range of applications. Depending on their chemical composition and formulation, they may include synthetic dyes, organic pigments and inorganic pigments used in textiles, plastics, paints, coatings, printing inks, paper and other compatible materials. Available shades may include yellow, orange, red, blue, green, violet, brown and black, subject to actual grade availability. Different colourants vary in solubility, dispersion, heat stability, lightfastness, chemical resistance and compatibility with the application material. Synthetic dyes and pigments are distinct categories and are not interchangeable in every process. Food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications require specific approved grades and compliance with the relevant regulations; general industrial colours should not be assumed suitable for these uses. Exact Colour Index (C.I.) identity, CAS number, chemical composition and HSN classification depend on the selected product. Buyers should consult the product-specific Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to confirm specifications and intended use. Additional shades and grades may be available on request, subject to actual availability and specification confirmation. Veltheron Imperial Group Private Limited.
